Many of you may have visited the Flambards Theme Park in Helston, Cornwall in the past. Sadly they shut the gates at the end of 2024 and they are selling off some of their assets.
One of particular interest to Friends of Coastal Forces could be the War Gallery exhibition covering the story of Coastal Forces at the St Nazaire raid in 1942. Would you be interested in bidding for it? The auction is being run by Lay’s Auctioneers in Penzance on 27 March 2025 starting at 1000. Lot Number 1172 has an estimated bid of £150 – £250 (plus a buyers premium of 21%).
